Kirk Wissbaum
Executive Territory Manager

While in college in Portland, OR in 1977 Kirk started working for a local Swimming Pool Company.
1980, Kirk started his own Swimming Pool Service and repair company and due to its growth and support from his customers, in 1984 he opened up a retail store.
In 1990, due to some family health issues, Kirk sold his company and joined his parent's Sales Representative Company, and worked there until 1994, at which time he purchased the business from his parents. The territory was the Pacific Northwest.
In 1998, many of his vendors asked him to expand into California, Arizona and Nevada, which he did through this date. Due to a retirement of a friend and business partner, Kirk decided to continue with his company DBA Alliance Sales Group.
With over 42 years of Pool experience and knowledge Kirk prides himself for his customer service, support and is considered an expert in this field by many in this Industry and our team is so proud to have Kirk as our leader.
Joel Jasso
Territory Sales Manager
Inland Empire Desert, San Diego County
Joel Jasso has been part of the Swimming Pool Industry since 1995, when he began servicing pools in his family's pool service company.
He later transitioned into distribution in Coachella, Palm Springs and the Indio Valley where he spent 16 years building industry expertise and strong customer relationships.
In 2019, Joel moved to the Manufacturing side of the business as a Manufacturer's Sales Representative, and currently today as a Territory Sales Manager with Alliance Sales Group.
His combined experience of over 30 years of Industry Experience and Customer Support as well as long term Relationships in his Territory and makes him a strong asset for our team.
John Fay
Territory Sales Manager

John started in the Hot Tub Industry in 1983. A week after completing High School, John worked for Baja Industries manufacturing Hot Tubs for 27 years.
Working in the wood shop part time while going to college, the front office required help in the marketing department.
In 1994, there was an opportunity to work in the sales department at Bernie Burba. For the next 16 years John’s territory was the west coast.
In 2011, John joined Kirk Wissbaum’s Group as a Territory Manager and has been with the group for 15 years and a strong asset for our team.
David Lagrimas
Territory Sales Manager
Northern California
David Lagrimas is a seasoned swimming pool and spa sales professional with over 30 years of experience in territory management, sales leadership, and business development.
Prior to getting into the swimming pool industry, David served two years as military police and was promoted as CCT team member of USAF at the rank of Staff Sgt.
He previously served as a Salesperson with Aqua Gunite and spent nine years as Northern Territory Manager for Pentair Pool Products, where he led strategic sales initiatives, strengthened client relationships, and expanded regional market share.
David has also held leadership roles with Hayward Pool Products and Blue Lagoon Pool & Spas. Known for his expertise in relationship-driven sales, territory growth, contract negotiations, and sales strategy, he consistently drives revenue growth while building lasting customer partnerships.
David combines deep product knowledge with strong customer engagement skills, making him a trusted partner to clients and is a strong asset for our team.
Jose Valdovinos
Territory Sales Manager
LA County, Orange County
Jose Valdovinos brings over 10 years of experience in the pool industry, with a strong background in pool chemistry, technical support, customer training, and distributor relations.
His industry knowledge and hands-on experience allow him to provide exceptional support and solutions to customers and partners alike.
Jose is bilingual in English and Spanish, helping him effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and build strong professional relationships across multiple markets.
In addition to his distributor experience, Jose also has extensive knowledge of solvent cement products and applications, making him a valuable resource in both sales and technical environments and is a strong asset for our team.
Kert Carlson
Territory Sales Manager Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Northern Utah, Washington, Wyoming
Kert started in the Pool Industry just over a year ago in July of 2025 and is the Rookie in our vast experienced group of Salespeople.
But he brings 32 years of Business experience with owing his own Screen Printing and Embroidery Business (KC Enterprises Apparel), as well as exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Over the past year he has learned a lot and still learning but is not afraid to ask questions and wants to learn as much as he can to be as knowledgeable as he can when he sees his customers and is a strong asset for our team.
